A Note About Fake ID
Under Section 4 of the Identity Documents Act 2010, it is an offence to possess or have control of a false identity document with an improper intention. This includes:
• Using the document to establish personal information about oneself.
• Allowing or inducing another to use it for establishing, ascertaining, or verifying personal information about oneself or anyone else.
Such actions can lead to severe penalties, including imprisonment for up to 10 years, a fine of up to £5000, or both, upon conviction.
If we ask you to provide a proof of age, do not attempt to use or submit a fake or improperly obtained identity document.
Attempting to use a Fake ID will result in your account being closed, your address blacklisted in our system and your order being cancelled and refunded less a £10 administration fee.
