Innokin Replacement Vape Pods

A replacement pod is the removable cartridge that holds e-liquid at the top of a compatible pod vape.

Depending on the Innokin system you're using, the heating coil may either be permanently built into the cartridge or installed separately inside a reusable pod.

Our current Innokin replacement pod range covers both approaches.

The VCAP platform uses convenient all-in-one cartridges with an integrated coil. When the coil eventually wears out, the complete pod is replaced. The Innokin Sceptre takes a different approach, using a reusable cartridge that accepts separate replacement coils.

Neither system is complicated, but they're not interchangeable.

The main thing to establish before buying is which pod platform your kit actually uses.

Innokin VCAP Replacement Pods

The Innokin VCAP pod is the newer and more widely compatible cartridge in our current range.

These are 2ml refillable pods with the coil permanently integrated into the cartridge. They're available in three resistances:

  • 0.6Ω
  • 0.8Ω
  • 1.2Ω

Each resistance provides a slightly different balance of airflow, power and draw tightness.

Our VCAP pods are supplied in packs of three and use a top-fill design, allowing the cartridge to be refilled without handling a separate replacement coil.

Which Devices Use Innokin VCAP Pods?

VCAP has developed into one of Innokin's main current pod platforms.

Compatible devices can include:

  • Innokin Trine
  • Innokin Endura V

Innokin's wider Trine range also uses VCAP cartridges across multiple devices, with different models supporting various resistance options.

The Innokin Sceptre pod uses a different design from the newer VCAP system.

Instead of having the coil permanently built into the cartridge, the Sceptre pod accepts separate replaceable coils.

That means the pod itself can potentially be reused through several coil changes rather than being discarded every time the heating element reaches the end of its life.

Our current Sceptre pod has a 2ml capacity and is designed specifically for the Innokin Sceptre Pod System.

Innokin Sceptre Coil Compatibility

The Sceptre cartridge supports different coil resistances for different draw styles.

VCAP prioritises convenience. Sceptre gives you the option of retaining the pod and replacing only the internal coil.

What Is an Integrated-Coil Pod?

An integrated-coil pod combines the e-liquid reservoir and heating element into one replacement part.

There's no separate coil to remove.

When performance starts to decline, you replace the whole pod.

The benefits are fairly straightforward:

  • Fewer components to handle
  • Quick replacement

VCAP cartridges use this format.

What Is a Replaceable-Coil Pod?

Broadly speaking, lower resistance tends to be paired with more power and a looser draw, while higher resistance tends towards lower-powered MTL use.

MTL Innokin Pods

Many Innokin pod systems are heavily oriented towards MTL, or mouth-to-lung vaping.

MTL describes drawing vapour into the mouth first before inhaling.

Within our current range, the 0.8Ω and especially 1.2Ω VCAP pods suit this style particularly well. The 1.2Ω Sceptre coil also provides a tighter MTL configuration in compatible Sceptre hardware.

MTL setups typically use:

RDL Innokin Pods

What E-Liquid Should You Use in Innokin Pods?

Most of the pods in this category are intended for relatively low-powered MTL and RDL use.

That makes 50/50 e-liquid a natural fit for many of them.

  • 50VG/50PG freebase e-liquid
  • Standard 10ml vape juice

Very thick high-VG liquids aren't automatically appropriate for small pod cartridges, particularly higher-resistance MTL options.

How to Refill Innokin VCAP Pods

VCAP cartridges use a top-fill system.

  3. Add e-liquid slowly.
  4. Avoid getting liquid into the airflow channel.

How to Fill an Innokin Sceptre Pod
