WHO CAN EARN LOYALTY POINTS?

All registered customers can earn loyalty points with every order placed. Loyalty points won't be allocated for orders placed using the Guest Checkout.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

Every time you place an order we'll reward you with loyalty points which you can use to save money on your future orders. You can use them whenever you like - knock a little off each time or save them up to get a completely free order - the choice is yours!


HOW MUCH ARE MY POINTS WORTH?

Every point is worth 1p, so 100 points are worth £1, 1000 points are worth £10 and so on. 


HOW MANY POINTS WILL I GET?

You'll earn up to 3 points for every £1 you spend, depending on which products you purchase.

Every product is marked with either bronze, silver or gold loyalty points.

As an example, our Ultimate liquids are worth gold loyalty points (3 per £1) so if you buy 12 bottles for £19.99, you'll get 60 points

Please note, your points will only be awarded once we have confirmed your payment.


HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE?

When you are signed in, your current point balance will be shown at the top right of every page.

You can see a full history of how many loyalty points you have earned and redeemed via the 'My Loyalty Points' section in your account.


HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?

When you get to the basket/checkout page when placing your order you'll see a button for redeeming your points. Just click the button, enter how many points you want to use, and press REDEEM.


WILL MY LOYALTY POINTS EXPIRE?

Loyalty points are valid for 3 calendar months from the date they were awarded; after that they will expire.


WHO CAN USE MY POINTS?

Loyalty points can only be used by the person named on the account. If somebody calls us to place an order on your behalf, they won't be able to use your points unless we've had your prior written consent.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Loyalty points gained on our website via either online or phone orders can be redeemed against any future online/phone order.

Loyalty points can only be redeemed against orders and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where a refund is given for returned items, the points earned for the original purchase will be deducted from your points balance. If you have a zero points balance, the value of the points originally earned will be deducted from the refund.

Loyalty points cannot be transferred to or used by any account other than the one that the points were initially awarded to.

Loyalty points awarded for referring new customers will be removed if the new customer's order is returned/cancelled.

We reserve the right to amend, cancel or withdraw our loyalty points scheme at any time.
