Once we receive payment confirmation for your order, we will endeavour to dispatch all items the same working day if ordered before 2.30pm (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed outside of these times will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

2nd Class: Generally delivered within an average of 5 working days after dispatch*

1st Class: Generally delivered within an average of 3 working days after dispatch* 

Tracked 48: Generally delivered within an average of 2-3 working days after dispatch*. Includes tracking information.

Tracked 24: Generally delivered within an average of 1-2 working days after dispatch*. Includes tracking information.

Special Delivery: Guaranteed next day (Mon-Sat) after dispatch. Include tracking information.

If your order is dispatched via a Tracked or Special Delivery service, Royal Mail will text/email your tracking details to you.

For your peace of mind, we may dispatch higher value orders with a service that requires a signature on delivery, or we may split an order into multiple parcels.

To qualify for same day delivery, your order must be placed and paid for by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If an order is paid for after 2pm then we will do our best to deliver it the same day, but we can't guarantee it. Orders paid for at the weekend (or on a bank holiday) will be delivered the next working day.

Deliveries are generally made at any time between 10am and 7pm Monday to Friday so please bear this in mind, especially if ordering to a business address.

Please ensure that you have provided us with your phone number when choosing this option as we may need to call you when delivering your order.

Wherever possible, we'll make sure that your order is small enough to be pushed through your letter box. For larger items this won't be possible so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel. If we attempt to deliver during the above stated time period and nobody is available to accept the delivery, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to re-attempt delivery the same day, so we reserve the right to try again the next working day.

If deliveries are affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic conditions/accidents or similar, we will re-attempt delivery at the earliest possible convenience. In this situation, we will call you and let you know.

Click & collect orders placed by 2pm will be processed the same working day and available for collection Mon-Fri 10am-4.30pm (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend will be processed the next working day.
