On average you can expect these pods to last roughly 1-2 weeks under moderate use. This can vary depending on personal usage but a pack of pods should last you a few weeks.
Typically you can expect between 3,000 to 6,000 puffs from one Xlim pod (again, varying depending on the frequency of use, puff length and wattage settings).
To fill up a Xlim pod simply remove the rubber stopper at the side of the device and fill the pod with e-liquid. Remember to re-insert the stopper once the pod is full to prevent leakage.
