Hayati Pro Max Nic Salts an Honest Review

Intro:

As a seasoned vaping journalist, I've had the pleasure (and sometimes the misfortune) of sampling a wide array of e-liquids. Today, I bring forward another such offering, this time from the renowned disposable brand Hayati.
The Hayati Pro Max Nic Salts are a line that promises to bring the same delectable flavours known through their “Pro Max” disposable range, into the refillable vape market.
So let's dive right into it and see if these claims hold water (or vape juice in this case).

Specification:

  • Bottle Size: 10ml
  • Nicotine Strengths: 10mg, 20mg
  • VG/PG Ratio: 50% VG / 50% PG
  • Flavour Profiles: Fruity, Minty, Beverage-inspired
  • Usage: Suitable for MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) vape kits

Initial Blind Taste Test:

So to judge these nic salts fairly and make this review as impartial as possible, I decided to do a blind test.
I will be tasting similar flavours from 2 other brands to compare how Hayati, holds up against already established players in the “Bar Salts” variety of e-liquids. For this test I compared the following flavours from the following brands:

Hayati Pro Max Nic Salts - Lemon & Lime 10mg

ELFLIQ Nic Salts - Lemon Lime 10mg

Seriously Bar Salts Nic Salts - Lemon Lime 10mg

It's also important to mention that the kit I will be using for this whole review is the Vaporesso Xros 4 on the medium setting using the 0.6 Ohm pods. Picked for its consistent flavour reproduction we trust this kit to give these juices the best possible chance at success.

Taste Test #1:

Very distinct lemony hit upfront, followed by a more subdued lime bitterness. The overall flavour was quite sweet and predominantly lemon forward which I do tend to prefer. A quintessential Lemon and Lime flavour.

9/10

Taste Test #2:

Strong lemon flavour again that plays nicely with the lime undercurrent delivering a nice balance between the two. One thing that becomes quite obvious while tasting this juice is the green somewhat raw flavour of the lime that's very natural. Overall a very smooth and unique experience.

8/10

Taste Test #3:

Initially I was hit with a wave of bombastic lime flavour that offered a lot of tartness with a lot less sweetness than the others. The lemon was definitely present but found itself lost in the strong taste of lime. Overall it provided a nice smooth hit and decently dense vapour.

6/10

Verdict:

Test #1 = ELFLIQ

ELFLIQ Nic Salts Lemon Lime

Test #2 = Hayati

Hayati Pro Max Nic Salts Lemon Lime

Test #3 = Seriously

Seriously Bar Salts Nic Salts Lemon Lime

So in the end ELFIQ takes the win with their Lemon & Lime flavour.
It offered probably the best approximation of this flavour I have ever tried in vape form. I must admit the flavour felt nostalgic for me, bringing back memories of scoffing lemon sherbet sweets till my tongue would bleed. Safe to say this nic salt will be a mainstay in my collection.

But if I had to choose between this and the Hayati option I would be hard pressed to make a decision, however ELFLIQ does have an edge here.

Sampling Other Flavours:

For the sake of time and my own lungs I will only be going over the top 3 most popular flavours in this range to get a better vibe for what Hayati has to offer with their Pro Max nic salts.
The next flavour on the chopping block was one I was really excited to try, the Mango Peach Pineapple.

Complex flavours such as this are notoriously hard to pull off and are a real test of competency amongst e-liquid manufacturers.

The flavour here was very sweet and very rich. I found that the Mango and Pineapple where reflected nicely in this liquid but the peach naturally being a more subtle flavour did not come through as pronounced as the others, but did lend a nice juicy undertone to the whole sensation.

Next up, Blueberry Cherry Cranberry. Another trio of flavours mashed into one, this time going for a more earthy summer fruits experience. Now in full honesty I have never been much of a fan of this combo when done by other brands. However I don't dislike Hayati's version, Its certainly a full bodied flavour that offers that berry dryness along with a rich sweetness. Not bad, not bad at all.

Finally, Fresh Mint. If you're into that icy menthol chill that will wake you right up, then look no further. I'm pleased to report this liquid doesn't have that vague artificial mint flavour common with vape juices but instead provides a pretty authentic mint flavour, like a delicious mint tea.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Hayati Pro Max Nic Salts impressed with their smooth hit and tastes that closely match whichever flavour is written on the bottle. Another thing that shouldn't be scoffed at is the packaging, the bottles themselves are made from a softer plastic which lends itself well to squeezing out that last dribble of juice, something you will find yourself doing quite often if you opt to try these out yourself!

So, would I recommend Hayati Pro Max Nic Salts?

Undoubtedly yes!
They bring a refreshing twist to the nic salt market with their vibrant flavours and clear expertise when it comes to vape juice production. Give them a try, and you might just find your next obsession.
